CG1 cable glands (also known as cord grips and strain reliefs) are essential for preserving the NEMA 4X/IP66 rating when routing cables into or out of an enclosure. They are available with mounting thread sizes of PG-7, PG-9, PG-11, PG-13.5, PG-16, PG-21, and PG-29, accommodating cable diameters from 0.118” to 0.945”. Each gland assembly includes a black nylon body, hex nut, cable nut, gasket, and seal, with the durable nylon material rated for service temperatures from -40°F to 212°F. Please note that variations in enclosure wall thickness may require modifications to ensure compatibility with all cable gland sizes.
