Pole Mount Kits

Polycase offers both universal use kits for non-Polycase products and specific pole mounting kits designed for the Polycase AN, HN, HP, ML, SA, SB, WH, WQ, ZH and ZQ Series pole-mount enclosures. The adjustable stainless-steel bands are corrosion-resistant for outdoor use and allow for mounting on a pole or post 2" to 12" in diameter. All assembly hardware is included. How Does a Pole Mount Bracket Work

Many outdoor electronics applications use pole-mounted enclosures for junction boxes, WiFi modules, and other essential equipment. Mounting an enclosure on a utility pole ensures that the device stays in the correct position and helps protect it from potential hazards on the ground.

Pole mounting is relatively simple but requires the right equipment to be effective. The basic mechanism involves attaching a set of metal bands to an enclosure using a rail. Once attached, the metal bands allow the enclosure to be securely mounted onto an electric or light pole.

It’s crucial for any pole bracket kit to use high-quality components and to fit the enclosure model perfectly. Hardware should be made from tough and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure that it can stand up to other environmental hazards. It’s also preferable to buy all-in-one kits to ensure compatibility between all components without the need for modifications or adapters.

Pole Mounting Kits from Polycase

Polycase’s pole mounting kits make mounting our outdoor enclosures on a pole fast and easy. Each kit is designed to fit specific models in Polycase’s wide selection of outdoor electrical enclosures. That means no guessing if your kit will fit your enclosure, and no need to cut down or otherwise modify the hardware.

Each all-in-one kit contains all necessary mounting accessories, including metal bands, rails, washers, and screws. All components are constructed from steel or stainless steel for the best possible durability and resistance to corrosion. Bands are adjustable and can accommodate poles from a 2-inch to a 12-inch diameter. What’s more, it’s easy to install our kits either horizontally or vertically, depending on your enclosure mounting needs.
