The majority of orders ship from Avon, OH via UPS prepaid and add unless a UPS, FedEx, or DHL Worldwide collect account number is provided during checkout. At Polycase’s discretion, some packages may be shipped via FedEx or occasionally USPS instead of UPS to avoid incurring extra handling charges from UPS or to provide lower-cost shipping options. In 2023, we introduced two new shipping methods: Ground Saver and UPS® Ground with Freight Pricing.

Ground Saver is a lower-cost residential shipping solution for small packages that combines the consistency, reliability, and speed of the UPS or FedEx Ground network with USPS providing the final mile delivery. Please note that Ground Saver adds 1-3 transit days compared to regular Ground shipping. Ground Saver is only available on residential shipments weighing less than 9lbs.

UPS® Ground with Freight Pricing is an economical shipping option for large shipments weighing more than 175 lbs. Packages ship UPS ground, but pricing is competitive to freight shipments. This is also a great option for businesses that do not have a shipping dock to receive freight shipments.

Please note UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. In the unlikely event a part is not in stock, Polycase will contact you regarding a ship date.

Any error in the address that results in a back-charge from UPS or FedEx is the responsibility of the customer. Polycase will charge these fees back to the customer once we are notified by the carrier. Fees will be charged to the same credit card used on the original order.

Customs broker fees, duties, and taxes (non-U.S. destinations): Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. The importer may also incur customs brokerage fees. These charges are separate from Polycase shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

Orders over 150 lbs are eligible for a freight pick-up option. Polycase will provide you with the weights and dimensions of your shipment once it is ready for pickup. You will arrange your own pick-up with a carrier of your choice. 
We require a completed BOL before the shipment will be released to your carrier.
Shipments must be picked up within 3 business days of receiving weights and dimensional info from Polycase. If the package has not been picked up within this time frame, we will charge a storage fee.
Storage fees are as follows:
Single skid shipment: $50/per day
Multiple skid shipment: $25/per skid, per day

Shipping can be calculated once you have items added to your cart. The below map shows the estimated UPS ground transit time in business days from Avon, OH. Estimated ship times are based on available flight options and may vary based on weather conditions and remote locations.

Customized Enclosures


All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Any concerns must be brought to our attention upon initial inspection before any assembly or modifications. To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in the condition it was received. 

Stock parts:
All parts must be returned within 30 days. Polycase will offer credit for parts passing inspection only. No credit can be given for freight. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged. The restocking fee may be waived if placing a new order of equal or greater value.

Modified parts:
No returns accepted. Any customized product is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

*The SA Series (all sizes), WQ-76, WQ-77, WQ-80, WQ-81, WQ-83, SB-52 and SB-54 enclosures are non-returnable*

If parts are defective or modified incorrectly, Polycase must be notified within 6 months of the shipment. As storage conditions may affect part quality, no parts will be refunded after 6 months.
