Shipping & Returns

General Shipping Information:

• Orders ship prepaid from Avon, OH via UPS or FedEx. Shipping is calculated once you have items added to your cart.
• UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  
• In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm EST (Mon-Fri) can ship the same day. Polycase will contact you regarding a ship date if a part is not in stock.
• Shipments that incur additional carrier charges due to non-delivery, including those that are refused or unclaimed, may be subject to a restocking fee plus any additional shipping costs incurred. Shipments that are requested to be rerouted are also subject to additional carrier charges. The timing of these charges is contingent on the carrier and is the customer’s responsibility.
• Expedited shipping options, including Next Day Air, are available at checkout. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

International Shipments:

• We can ship to any country that UPS/FedEx will deliver to. Non-U.S. destinations may incur customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are separate from Polycase shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges are payable to your government.
  
• Estimated Shipping Times: 
  • International Standard: 2-5 business days to most countries
  • Worldwide Economy: Delivery in 2 to 3 days to Canada & Mexico; 4 to 5 days to Europe, Asia & South America
  • Priority Express: Delivery by noon of next business day to Canada; 2 days to Europe & South America; 3 days to Asia
  • Worldwide Express Saver: Delivery by end of next business day to Canada; 2 days to Europe & South America; 3 days to Asia

Schedule Freight Pickup:

• Orders over 150 lbs are eligible for freight pickup. Polycase will provide a freight quote along with the weights and dimensions.
• When arranging freight, you are responsible for scheduling pickups between 8 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. A completed BOL is required before any shipment will be released to the carrier.
• Shipments must be picked up within 3 business days of receiving weights and dimensional info from Polycase or a storage fee will apply.
