CG3 Cable Glands
Metric thread cord grips rated up to NEMA 6P
Product Overview
CG3 cable glands (also known as cord grips and strain reliefs) are designed to meet IP68 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P requirements for waterproof applications. Made with a gray or black nylon body and lock nut, they eliminate the need for an O-ring and feature a ratchet sealing nut assembly for enhanced anti-vibration protection. Available with mounting thread sizes of M12, M16, M20, M25, M32, and M40, these glands accommodate cable diameters ranging from 0.115” to 1.26”. The durable nylon material is suitable for service temperatures between -40°F and 239°F. Note that variations in enclosure wall thickness may require modifications to ensure compatibility with all gland sizes.
