Off-the-Shelf Customization

Our AN Series aluminum boxes are available with multiple customization points right off the shelf, including:
  • Mounting Flanges: Need to wall mount your enclosure quickly and conveniently? Choose an AN Series model with welded-on mounting flanges.
  • Surface Finish: Choose from a natural aluminum finish or a sleek black powder coating to give your enclosure an ideal appearance. 
  • Accessories: High quality accessories like an internal aluminum mounting panel and PCB screws make it easy to mount components such as printed circuit boards inside your enclosure. Plus, our full range of accessories (including cable glands and vents) allow you to add the features and protection you need.

In-House Customized Enclosures

Need to create a customized electronics enclosure with cutouts, threaded holes and/or printed text and images? Polycase’s in-house customization services include CNC machining and digital printing, with lead times as short as one week and no minimum order quantity. Our in-house options are ideal for junction boxes, circuit breaker housings and other applications that require pass-throughs and other customization points.In addition to the AN Series, we offer customization options on our EX Series extruded aluminum enclosures. While we do not perform in-house aluminum extrusion, these enclosures include features like removable anodized end caps that make them simple to customize with our CNC machining and digital printing. They are an excellent option for desktop electronics, scientific instruments and more.Polycase has been modifying plastic enclosures for over 25 years with custom cutouts and printing. And now, with the addition of the AN Series, we can modify our aluminum enclosures, too. You can self-quote CNC machining or graphics on these enclosures.
