INTERNAL MOUNTING PANELS NOW AVAILABLE FOR LOW COST HD SERIES NEMA ENCLOSURES

October 6, 2020 - Avon, OH - Polycase, a leading manufacturer of plastic enclosures, has added internal mounting panels to their line of low-cost HD Series NEMA enclosures. The aluminum panels, which can be purchased as an accessory for the enclosure, include screws for assembly. The 0.06” thick panels attach directly to mounting bosses in both the base and cover of the HD Series enclosures. The HD Series enclosures meet NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3RX, 3S, 3SX, 3X, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, 12 & 13 ratings along with IP65, IP66, IP67 & IP68 requirements. The panel can be used to mount hardware inside of the enclosure without compromising any of the NEMA ratings.

With extensive experience in CNC machining, Polycase can modify the panels with cutouts, including complex features like threaded holes. Using the online instant quote tool, customers can quickly and easily self-generate pricing for cutouts on almost any Polycase product.
