POLYCASE® KEY FOB ENCLOSURE REDESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF A GROWING WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY MARKET

Avon, Ohio, Sept 24, 2018 – Polycase, a leading US manufacturer of plastic project boxes, has introduced a next-generation version of their widely popular FB-20 key fob enclosure, the FB-25.  The newly redesigned FB-25 key fob case is ideal for wireless remote applications and can be carried by hand or on a key ring or lanyard.

Design enhancements include elimination of the separate plastic ring insert for the keypad, use of a high-quality ABS plastic material with 33% improvement in impact strength and removal of the external facing gate mark on the base. The palm-sized key fob enclosure features a snap-together design that captures a PC board between the base and cover when assembled. PC boards designed to fit the existing FB-20 key fob can be dropped right into the new FB-25 design without any changes needed. A gray rubber button keypad containing 1-5 buttons with conductive contacts is included.
