Custom Machining Capabilities on Polycase Plastic Enclosures

We can take any of our off-the-shelf enclosures and turn them into a unique custom box. We can machine virtually any size or shape opening on Polycase electronic enclosures. All square and rectangular cutouts will typically have a minimum corner radius of 0.031" and tolerance on machined features will be +/-0.005". These may increase depending on enclosure selected and feature machined.

Polycase offers no minimum order requirements and we absorb the cost of scrap from set up. And with 25 years of experience in customization you can feel confident your enclosure will arrive ready to go to work. We also print directly onto the enclosures with our digital printing process.
