"I am deeply disappointed that European/Italian customs denied entry to this order simply because it contained an aluminum plate used to mount the instrumentation.What I find particularly upsetting is that I cannot be the first European customer to order this type of product, yet you did nothing to clarify the situation with customs.Even assuming that checks for radioactive contamination were required, this should not have been the buyer’s responsibility, but rather the manufacturer’s responsibility.The result is that I spent $90 and received nothing. To make matters worse, you also expected me to pay the return shipping costs.I am a customer, not a fool to be fleeced"
