POLYCASE ADDS 9 NEW SIZES TO POPULAR WQ SERIES OF HINGED NEMA 4X ENCLOSURES

May 5, 2020 - Avon, OH - Polycase, a leading manufacturer of plastic enclosures, has been busy over the last two months preparing for the launch of nine new sizes in their WQ Series of hinged NEMA 4X enclosures. The nine new additions bring the series to a total of 21 sizes, ranging from a compact 4.72 x 3.53 x2.82” all the way up to a spacious 32.68” x 24.80 x7.36” enclosure.

The WQ Series enclosures feature a fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate base, for added durability, and a polycarbonate cover available in gray or clear. Designed for outdoor performance, the weatherproof enclosures include a watertight gasket and meet NEMA 4X and IP65, IP66 & IP67 requirements.

Additional features include stainless steel latches, molded in PCB mounding bosses and a padlock hasp for added security. Optional accessories included internal panels, DIN rails and pole mounting kits. The WQ Series is easily customized with Polycase’s CNC machining and digital printing services.
