I’ve been slowly redecorating my house. When I bought my house, the “fireplace wall” was a completely different color than the rest of the room. The people before wallpapered just the one wall with multi-colored paper, then painted the rest white. Earlier this year I bought a couch that didn’t really match anything but it was SOOOO comfortable. So I bought curtains to try to tie the colors of the carpet and the couch together. Didn’t work so I bought pillows and a throw blanket to match the curtains. I’ve ended up with a pretty amazing combination and realized that somehow, it all matches the fireplace wall. Pretty slick, if I say so myself.
