Polycase Introduces Four New Sizes of HP Series NEMA 4X Enclosures

October 1, 2025 – Avon, OH – Polycase, a leading U.S. manufacturer of plastic enclosures, is excited to announce the second expansion of its HP Series weatherproof NEMA 4X enclosures with four new sizes. These medium sizes, provide even more options for customers seeking high-quality, durable enclosures.

The new sizes include:

• HP-070403: 7.25” x 4” x 3”
• HP-090403: 9” x 4.5” x 3”
• HP-111106: 11” x 11” x 6”
• HP-130706: 13” x 7” x 6”

The UL Listed, waterproof enclosures are designed with a continuous neoprene gasket, stainless steel latches, and optional stainless steel or plastic feet for surface mounting. These enclosures are available in black or gray impact-resistant polycarbonate, with an optional clear cover for added visibility.

The HP Series is rated IP65 and IP66, and meets NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3RX, 3S, 3SX, 3X, 4, 4X, 5, 12, and 13 requirements, making them ideal for a wide range of outdoor applications.
