Polycase Sheds Light on the Green Movement with Lighting Retrofits: Part II
December 8th, 2011In Part I we announced the lighting retrofit that was completed throughout our facility. Now look at the projected environmental benefits of the lighting project during the first year of implementation.
Prior to the new lighting, Polycase was using 96,223 kilowatt-hours a year. With the new lighting system our projected yearly usage drops to 51,406 kilowatt-hours; nearly cutting our annual energy usage in half!
We will also greatly reduce the amount of gases emitted into the air:
The reduction in the amount of emissions being released is equivalent to:
8 cars taken off of the road
or 4846 gallons of gasoline saved
or 1095 trees planted
or 99 barrels of oil saved

Polycase Sheds Light on the Green Movement with Lighting Retrofits: Part I
December 5th, 2011I am aware of my social responsibility to live an environmentally friendly lifestyle. This is often easier said than done. I do my best to recycle plastics at home and turn off the water when brushing my teeth, because I am mindful of the notion that “ever little bit counts” when it comes to reducing, reusing and recycling.
Season’s Greetings from Polycase
November 14th, 2011With Halloween behind us, it’s time to start planning those Thanksgiving Day menus and writing Christmas lists. The 2011 Holiday Season is quickly approaching. We wanted to be sure to give you sufficient time to place your year-end orders so there are no delays in your business.
Polycase is At Your Service
October 13th, 2011I consider myself a “foodie.” I enjoy trying new restaurants and go out to eat on a fairly regular basis. Obviously, the food is an important part of the equation, but the service is just as important. The server can truly make or break my experience at a restaurant and often can be the deciding factor of whether or not I eat there again. Great service is important, whether it’s with food or with electronic enclosures.
