In 1990 in a small industrial building in Cleveland, Ohio, Polycase recognized a need for off-the-shelf electronics housing solutions. We began manufacturing plastic enclosures and selling them direct to end users through a catalog. We had one mission in mind as we churned out our small selection of plastic cases – to be your trusted and valued partner for enclosure solutions. Now, 30 years later, our mission remains unchanged.
We have grown from a simple manufacturer to a turnkey enclosure solution provider. Over the years we have focused on innovation to ensure working with us is convenient and stress free.
Early on, recognizing we could add value and save our customers time and money, we began offering secondary services of CNC machining and then printing, eliminating the need for multiple vendors. Driven by feedback, insight, and suggestions from our valued customers, we continued to add new sizes, styles, and options to our growing selection of cases and added necessary accessories, to ensure we could truly be your one-stop-shop for enclosure solutions.
Innovation has always been our priority. We were one of the first in the industry to release an eCommerce website and have continued to upgrade our website to make it a better tool and resource for customers. From providing product drawings and material details to a dynamic instant quote tool that provides instant pricing for customized enclosures. Now with the ability to order and manage custom parts online, it is more advanced than ever before.
While our website is a great tool for customers, it does not change our focus on customer service and our availability to answer questions and help in any way we can. Polycase was built around great customer service and that will always be our focus. Contact us, we are happy to help.
As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we cannot help but reminisce on a few important milestones along the way. Thank you for being apart of the last 30 years, we are looking forward to the next 30!
