It’s all divided by category so I should be able to find a Chinese restaurant replacement, without having to sift through every single restaurant in my area. I can trust that, based on general testimony, it’s reasonably likely to be acceptable. As individual tastes vary, I may find it’s not to my personal liking but at least I’m not going in blind.
