Polycase is At Your Service
October 13th, 2011I consider myself a “foodie.” I enjoy trying new restaurants and go out to eat on a fairly regular basis. Obviously, the food is an important part of the equation, but the service is just as important. The server can truly make or break my experience at a restaurant and often can be the deciding factor of whether or not I eat there again. Great service is important, whether it’s with food or with electronic enclosures.

Green – Saving Trees by Converting to Paperless
May 9th, 2011We live in an age of going green. Hybrid vehicles, recycling bins on nearly every corner, solar technology. There are many steps we can take as a society to ensure the preservation of our planet, for ourselves and for future generations.
And Now For Your Opinion…How is Our New Website?
April 11th, 2011We order pizza about once a week, and we typically use their online ordering system because it’s fast and easy. A couple days later we always get an email follow up, asking for our opinion on the service, food, etc. Because I know that people in any sort of service industry don’t often hear they did a good job, or the food was good, or customers are happy, I try to always respond to the survey. Sure it’s easier to want to only send a complaint letter but then you get the team worried about fixing the bad stuff, but not so concerned with maintaining the good. Before you know it, your pepperoni bacon burger pizza is no longer on the menu because you never told the store you like it, but someone else wrote how much they despise it.
Ok maybe that’s an extreme example but here at Polycase we are stretching that bar. It’s been close to 2 months since our new website launched. We’ve had several website visitors share their thoughts, both good and bad. Now it’s your turn. Tell us what you think. The good, the bad, and the ugly. We’re making this site for you, so we want to know how you like it: the new functionality, ability to download drawings, do you like having the 3D mini-model available without having to download any files? Do you wish we’d included something we overlooked?
Pardon Our Dust – We’ve Remodeled the Place
February 7th, 2011In August last year, I cut off 15 inches of hair to donate to an organization that makes wigs for kids. I’ve known my boyfriend since high school. He’d never seen me with anything but long, flowing locks. When I told him where I was going, we were both a little nervous. When my hair was long enough to sit on, there was 2 choices: Down or Ponytail. Boring… So when I came home with hair above my chin, I was very happy that he loved it so much. And I have to agree: it’s very cute. I’ve learned many ways to style this new look and really am loving the versatility. My new look is going to stick around for a while …
