If a key fob design is a fitting enclosure for your electronics application, we have several shapes, sizes and configurations to choose from. Molded-in key rings are standard on all Polycase key fobs. Let’s take a closer look at each series:

FB-45 Series: Available in black or bright white flame-retardant ABS plastic, the FB-45 is the newest edition to our key fob family. The contemporary design of this palm-sized key fob offers sleek curves with a 1, 2, 4, 5 or no button configuration. The snap-together design will capture your PC board between standoffs when assembled.

FB-40 Series: A curved-design offers a distinct look to this black flame-retardant ABS plastic key fob. Available in a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 button configuration, the FB-40 comes standard with a clear light pipe for an LED. The snap-together design will capture your PC board between standoffs when the enclosure is assembled.

FB-30 Series: The FB-30 Series is a non-button, key ring style design that screws together. Available in 1 size and molded in black flame-retardant ABS plastic, your PC board is captured between the dual screw towers in the enclosure when assembled.

FB -20 Series: Another snap together design, the FB-20 Series key fob enclosure, is available in black, translucent red or translucent gray. The palm-sized enclosure is available with a 1, 2 3 4 or 5 button configuration (the 3 button option is only available in black.)

Polycase offers an optional 20mm coin cell battery holder that fits all 4 series of key fobs. In addition, we are able to print directly onto the rubber buttons of the key fobs.
