CG1 Cable glands are essential for maintaining NEMA 4X/IP66 rating when cables enter or exit the enclosure, with available mounting threads including PG-7, PG-9, PG-11, PG-13.5, PG-16, PG-21, or PG-29. These glands can accommodate cable diameters ranging from 0.118” to 0.945”, with assembly components including a black nylon body, hex nut, cable nut, gasket, and seal. The nylon material is suitable for a suggested service temperature of -40°F to 212°F. It's important to note that enclosure wall thicknesses may vary, and compatibility with all cable gland sizes may require modifications.
