Features
Robust plastic electronics enclosure. Available with mounting flanges and dust/moisture-tight gasket kit. Case cover screws into threaded brass inserts.
Materials
Material: Flame retardant ABS plastic
Surface: Textured finish
Flame Rating: ULs best flame rating of 94-5VA. DC-34, 44, 45, 46 and 47 with recessed cover option are rated UL94V-0.
Design
P C Board Mounting: Four PC board mounting bosses. DC-58 and 96 have eight mounting bosses. DC-85 has eight mounting bosses in the base plus six in the case.
Mounting Flanges: Available with or without mounting flanges
Closure: Screws into threaded brass inserts for cover on/cover off applications
Cover: Two styles -- area on cover may be flush, textured or recessed, smooth for graphic overlays or membrane keypads. Clear covers are available; please contact customer service for details.
Gasket: DC-58 and 85 have an optional rubber gasket for moisture and dust resistance
Additional
Colors: Black, bone or gray
Insert Mold Capabilities: Insert mold capability allows for custom molding without expensive tooling
