Sales Tax Information

At Polycase we don’t include taxes on our products because not all customers have to pay sales tax on these items. Only customers that are purchasing within the state of Ohio are required to pay this tax. Any customer that has met the State’s qualifications to be considered Tax Exempt must send us their Tax Exempt Form prior to shipment or the order will be charged sales tax.

This is why when you place your web order, there’s a space for the tax, but there is no charge. When you receive your web order confirmation email, you’ll notice that it states “Ohio customers, please note that tax will be added at time of shipment.”
